you’d think your TDI is just broken in. I have a 4cyl 99 Camry with 235,000 on it and I’m testdriving a 2010 TDI DSG sedan in a few hours.

As far as I can tell, my 99 Camry needs brakes, shocks and a good detailing, the 2010 TDI is going to require a house mortgage.

I’d love to have a Jetta TDI and I’m a teenager! As long as it is the sedan though lol

I think I like the tdi sedan more . It’s a little bit more sporty.

This is still pretty sweet for a first car. Who says a teenager cant enjoy a family car? If you and your friends are snowboarders or surfers this car would come in great handy.

GREAT car, too expensive and if it is like my 2ooo TDI Jetta sedan, also vary expensive to maintain when older.

I have the 2000 tdi golf…this will be the car to replace it when it dies! 145,000 miles and still going strong

Thanks, Srapps! It seems that YouTube can fiddle with audio tracks in the upload process. Never know what it will do until it’s uploaded. I’ve been working to avoid these problems.

  9. srapps55 says:

Nice review, but the audio quality on your videos is terrible – I can’t hear it on the computer speakers even with it turned all the way up.

I was referring to the stick shift where you have to use a clutch to change gears. The DSG is called an “automatic shifting manual transmission” but make no mistake it is not the same transmission.

  11. stand2reason says:

‘Cause the auto (Das Auto?) is basically the same as the manual version.

  12. stand2reason says:

Awesome! I’ve been think about a Jetta TDI ever since I saw the real-world MPG numbers. I f**king have to get this car.

i have the same car with 1.9 TDI manual. great car!!!!

    Three letters: DSG :)

  15. mpgomatic says:

Cool! Congrats on the new ride and thanks for the kind words. Drive on!

  16. bmtimv says:

I hear you man, anyways just commenting what I noticed. Appreciate the reviews though, I actually ordered this car a few weeks ago in the sedan version. I will probably post a review of that myself :)

  17. mpgomatic says:

Dunno … I drive whatever they drop off in the driveway. I cannot refuse! :)

  18. bmtimv says:

lol why does everyone review this car with the automatic?

  19. jmoyet says:
