If you come across 10 separate interactions in a day.
Of those, 5 are good and 5 are bad.
Having 5 nice experiences does not negate from the other five unpleasant interactions.
Yet by your analysis the first five are “different”.
Think about it.
In my previous example to @MrDJ217 – the Japanese are not nasty to the Chinese anymore [and trust me they were horrific] – why because the Chinese will now kick their arses. Sad but true.

Evil yes – but all dominant races have historically been evil – ask the Chinese about their relationship with the Japanese – the latter treated the former in as debased a fashion as anything the Europeans inflicted on Europeans on say Africans [historically].
Racism is function of a superiority complex – when the reasons for that superiority dies, thus racism dies.
Human competition for resources, used racism as a weapon to outcompete others. White Europeans are the most successful!
