How do I tell real creationists from joke creationists?

Are there any real creationists? I just went to the website for the Institute of Creation Research and it seems like it could be serious or a joke. How do I differentiate?

ICR is real, but on the web you can usually tell because the fake creationists can construct grammatical sentences.
I think it’s funnier that they are serious and they actually do believe in a 6,000 year old Earth.
You can usually tell. Look for people who defend their case not using the bible but science. Many Christians who do that have real answerer’s but still believe in God.
Science also supports the Bible. If they are real and not joking it will sit right in your spirit. Ask God for the ability to discern this. Use your Bible, the true word of God as the base.
I believe in creation and studied the Bible for two years full time.

There are many scientists and atheists who disbelieved the Bible and set out to prove the Bible to be false and wrong and in their research found the Bible was in fact the truth and that God truly was and is.
