  13. MarkArandjus says:

He acually plays all his stuff on the top two strings, so that’s interesting.

  14. JimNayseum says:

Randy looks like hes levetating in the picture hahaha

  15. gotbass33727 says:

yea, he runs a Tech 21 Sansamp RBI for light distortion.

  16. refuseresist911 says:

and also on the new album, some of their stuff is in drop C#

  17. eagle1393 says:

I’d say his highs are 5 or 6 but i’m not too sure about his lows

  18. metallica3411 says:

wow. John Cambell is really good lol. I have never really payed attention to the bass but, after this I look at this bass player in a whole new way.

  19. 0kurotenshi0 says:

He uses MesaBoogie 400+, it’s a tube head so if you set the gain just right you can have that slight overdrive on the strongest notes.

  20. metalbassline says:

some of there stuff when they were called burn the priest is Drop C

  21. Rocket1771 says:

    I just PM’d you

  22. HeadbangingGlory says:

i dont know if theres gonna be any amp wizards out there, but would u say that his lows are lower and his high knobs are above 5 or anything?

    i’d like to know

  23. HeadbangingGlory says:

they’ve always played in drop D

  24. morganchavis says:

what you said is right, picks and palm mutes. I think there’s some light distortion or overdrive on there too.

  25. morganchavis says:

    drop D
