There’s no way a radio station could get away with this if the calls were real. It’s criminal harassment. And how could this guy not figure out that the same two guys are always calling him over such a short period of time?
Frankly you can just tell these calls are fake.
His daughter was in the room like he said. He left the phone in that room and then walked out. Then they called back and his daughter was still in the room.
I think a dead giveaway that it’s fake is that they ask to speak to his daughter, he hangs up on them, they call back and magically his daughter answers. That’s just too perfect.

Researched: WOCL (105.9 FM, “Sunny 105.9″) is a radio station broadcasting in Orlando, Florida. The “Burgess” calls were made in 2007. Without warning on Friday, January 4, 2008, at 9 AM, the station dismissed its on-air staff and began the transition to a new format.
Yeah the radio station that does these are kind of hackey. But these calls are quite funny at times.

There’s at least 10 different prank calls from the same 2 people to the same guy that all aired on WOCL and the internet within a month of eachother.
It was all a joke, it’s meant to be funny, but it’s fake.
