Maybe I’m stuck up or something, but I never understood the appeal of a trailer home, considering they depreciate and whatnot. You could get a similar sized house for another $10k, and at least you’d have a shelter during a really bad storm or tornado.
Well, there goes fifty bucks down the drain.

@billarzd we did clean it up and there was no court because it was the owner of the park and the guys trailer burnt down so we just demolished it
actually we did pick every thing up there wasnt much left behind

Ahh, the trailers owner has kids stuff in the yard. A tricycle and toys. Poor kids!
whos going to pay the rent now? and whos going to clean that mess up? it probly cost him more to clean up and go to court for this mess he did as a big boy with a toy with no thought

Mobile home park owners obviously don’t care about the kids that may be running on that road later. No telling how many nails and shards of crap they didn’t pick up afterwards.

a easy way is to tear it down, then move it then put it bac together=)

Would’ve gotten better tractiion with out the chains on the log skidder’s tires…
using a skidder for that is a bad idea best idea is a hauler or a heavy lift forklift

You can tell noone lived in that anyway..I think they were just geting rid of a piece of junk.
