I’m not sure about that, I’ve been to a lot of schools (trust me I’ve moved a lot) in Canada and I dont recall anybody who cant locate Canada on a map. Its the 2nd biggest country anyway, who can miss that? I’ll tell you one thing though, when I was living in Ontario the maps said that the capital of Manitoba (Winnipeg) was up north by Hudson’s Bay, but when I moved to Alberta the maps showed that Winnipeg was actually lower, south not too far from the southern border. I was really surprised.
I’ve been to London Ont. and never wouldve guessed even that region …… cool
Actually I was wrong, its about 20% of Americans who are unable to find their country on a world map….. probably close to the same in Canada I’m guessing….
