That poor biochemist kid. He’s either going to: a) major in biology and realize creationism is total bullshit and become an ACTUAL biochemist b.) he’s going to major in biology, be completely shocked at how fucked his upbringing was, not know how to deal, and change his major to communications or something innocuous. OR c.) he’s going to mention to his parents that he wants to major in Bio and they’ll say “the fuck you are, you’re going to Liberty University and be a youth minister!”

I was just like those kids. My parents taught me just like those kids. I used to think that Kent Hovind was a scientist and that evolution was a dying theory, beyond that “just a theory”. It saddens me to see that creationism with survive another generation through these children. I was brainwashed but now I have broken free. Education is key. I never knew that the bible commanded you commit genocide. I never knew 100% of scientists accept evolution. We just have to keep fighting.

We’re doomed! I just recently talked with one of my old high school friends I hadn’t seen in years. He’s a “born again”. This isn’t the first time. There have been many of my old friends who have turned. It’s so weird. I swear every time I run into one it’s like the final scene from, INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS, the ‘78 version with Sutherland.
