True, potentially, Rogue is one of the most powerful characters in the entire MARVEL universe, she just has to get close enough to someone very powerful and touch them for long enough is all.

And I absolutely, positively 100% agree with you on that.
probably, but for me, I want her to finally kick some butt in the movies. She seems to just stand in the side line or is the one in trouble when the fighting starts in the films. And I think shes capable of more then that. She can absorb and mimic powers for periods of time. I think she’s more powerful than people give her credit for. I’m just saying, after 3 movies, I its about time we seeing a fighting side of Rogue. Or I just want to see her fight more I guess.
It still showed that there’s a lot more to her than what people were used to seeing in the comic books and the TV series. I think it added something rather unique to her instead of making her a one dimensional character.
Alright, so I’ve played some of the song and read the lyrics, and you’re right, they do not apply to Rogue at all (except for the phrase “Mississippi girl don’t change her ways”) – lol; but I WILL say that Rogue isn’t a court jester. In spite of how extroverted she was known to be, there was still introversion. She has a story to tell, she has a sadness to her – there’s still depth to her. Rogue never was a one dimensional character – not that I’m implying you think that.
No way. That song implies bashfulness, and Rogue doesn’t have a bashful bone in her body.
I think It’d be would’ve been even better if you did “Mississippi Girl” by Faith Hill.
lol I don’t want to don’t want to be mean, but the Rogue in the movies is pretty much useless lol. Which kinda sucks, compared to the Rogue in the comic books and cartoons. Its kinda werid her character has become instead more of a psychological figure. Of whats it like to be a mutuant, and how she deals with it towards soceity and in her life. Those aspects. Making Rogue more of a deep and profound character, due to her powers. Still I hope they make her in the movie, back to her old slef
i think Rogues personality is what atracts me the most to her i mean her sexy looks are iceing on the cake to me it is her personiality that makes her sexy.
