Gynecomastia that impacts teenage boys is experienced during and just after puberty. This is caused by an imbalance of testosterone and estrogen which can happen becasue of the many hormone changes going on in the body at this unique time. This can then cause the fatty tissue to gather in the chest, which leads to the condition commonly referred to as Man Boobs. So how do you get rid of man boobs if you are in this situation? The answer is simple, you don’t need to. Man Boobs will disappear naturally itself, and does not require any intervention, from any specialists to get rid of man boobs. You should consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns or feel that your gynecomastia is getting to much for you to live with.
